Learn how to personalise your emails with your organisation’s brand using the Email Branding feature.

Overview

The Email Branding feature allows you to customise emails sent through AppicalNow to align with your company’s visual identity. By adding your brand’s logo, colours, and fonts, you can create a more professional and consistent communication style for new hires.

For example, if you want your emails to reflect your company’s brand rather than appearing as generic messages from Appical, you can customize them with your official colours and logo to enhance recognition and trust.

Supported customisation options

Here’s what you can do with the Email Branding feature:

  1. Set brand colors for headers and buttons
    Customize the header and button colors in your emails to match your brand’s color scheme, ensuring visual consistency.

  2. Font selection (Custom fonts are not supported)
    Choose from a selection of fonts to style your email content. Note that custom fonts are not supported at this time.

  3. Contrast check for buttons (WCAG Compliance)
    Ensure your buttons meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards with our built-in contrast checker, making your emails accessible to all recipients.

  4. Upload and crop your logo
    Add your company logo to your emails. You can upload and crop the logo directly within the platform to ensure it fits perfectly.

  5. Send test emails
    Preview your branded email by sending a test email. In this initial version, the test email functionality is connected to the invite email feature.

If you do not see the Email Branding feature in your AppicalNow menu, please contact our support team for assistance.

Steps to Use the Email Branding Feature

→ Go to the Email Branding Tab

Log in to AppicalNow and navigate to the Email Branding tab in the left-hand menu.

→ Choose the Font and Color for the Title

Select the desired font and color for your email titles to match your company’s branding.

→ Choose the Font and Color for the Email Body

Customize the font and color of the email body text to maintain brand consistency across all communications.

→ Customize the Email Header and Button Colors

Set the colors for the email header and action buttons to align with your brand’s design.

→ Add a Logo

Upload your company logo to personalize the email further.

📌 Note: The maximum file size is 1MB. The recommended dimensions are:

  • Horizontal Logo: 2:1 ratio

  • Square Logo: 1:1 ratio

→ Send a Test Email

After making your customizations, send a test email to preview the final look before sending it out to new hires.
