πŸ“Œ Important: To ensure optimal performance, we recommend using Google Chrome when accessing AppicalNow.

Overview

The "Search Text" feature in AppicalNow enables you to quickly find specific words or sentences within your courses, saving time and making it easy to locate where certain terms appear. This tool is great when updating information, checking for accuracy, or finding references across pages or menu items without needing to manually search through each one.

Example
For instance, if you're updating a company policy and need to replace a particular term across multiple pages, you can use "Search Text" to pinpoint every instance of that term, allowing you to edit or replace it in each location.

Steps to Use the Search Text Feature

β†’ Access the Courses Section

Click on 'Courses' in the left-hand menu.

β†’ Open Course Settings

  1. After clicking on 'Courses' a gear icon will appear next to 'Courses' in the menu.

  2. Click on this icon to open the settings menu.

β†’ Select 'Search Text'

In the settings menu, click on 'Search Text'.

β†’ Enter Your Search Term

  1. In the search field labeled 'Search Text', type the word or sentence you want to locate.

  2. You can also refine your search by selecting specific courses and criteria to narrow down the results.
