Sentence: How to insert images or videos from the Asset Library into your course dashboard and pages.
Overview
Adding images or videos to your course dashboard and pages helps you create more visual, engaging content for your learners. All media must first be uploaded to the Asset Library before it can be added to a page or the course dashboard.
Example: For instance, if you want to showcase your company's office space on the course dashboard, you can upload a photo to the Asset Library and then select it from there.
📌 Important:
Always upload your images or videos to the Asset Library before using them on a page or the course dashboard.
You can only select visuals that are already available in the Asset Library.
Steps to Add Images & Videos
Follow the steps below to add an image or video to either your course dashboard or a page.
→ Add an Image or Video to the Course Dashboard
Go to Course Settings and click Add image/video, then select Choose From Library. You can only choose visuals that are already available in the Asset Library, so upload your media there first if it isn't yet available.
→ Add an Image or Video to a Page
Open the page you would like to edit and go to the Add image/video section. Click Choose From Library, then:
Select the appropriate collection where the image is available, or search for it.
Click on the image or video you would like to insert.
