Sentence: How to quickly find assets using search, and how to move an asset from one collection to another.
Overview
The Asset Library makes it easy to find and organise your assets. You can search by title or tags to quickly locate any image or video, and move assets between collections to keep your library organised.
Example: For instance, if you're looking for all office-related photos, searching "office" will return every image tagged with office-related content.
📌 Important:
Moving an asset to a different collection does not affect any live course content already using that asset, though the asset may become invisible to some editors depending on the new collection's permissions.
You must remove an asset from every page with restricted permissions where it is being used before you can move it.
