The Asset Library lets you track exactly where an asset is being used across your courses, and review its full edit history, so you can manage your content with confidence.
Example: For instance, before replacing a company photo, you can check which pages use it so you know exactly what will be affected.
📌 Important:
Use this feature to make updates or replacements quickly, without having to search through multiple courses manually.
Steps to Track Where an Asset Is Used
Follow the steps below to see where an asset is used and review its history.
→ View Where an Asset Is Used
In the "Image is used in the following areas" section, you can see a list of courses and the exact page locations where the image appears. Click the icon next to a page location to go directly to that page in the editor.
→ Review the Asset's History
The History section lets you track the full lifecycle of an asset. You can see who created it and when, who added it to a collection or course, and who last updated it.
