Overview
If you can no longer log in and see a message that your account has been deactivated, this means your access period has ended or your account was archived in the system. Don't worry — your Admin can restore your access in just a few steps.
Example:
Imagine you've just returned from holiday and try to log into Appical to catch up on your onboarding, but you're greeted with a message saying your account has been deactivated. This usually means a deactivation date was set on your account that has now passed. Your Admin can reactivate it and get you back up and running quickly.
What you need to do
You cannot reactivate your own account. You will need to contact your Admin and ask them to restore your access.
When you reach out, let them know:
Your full name and the email address you use to log in
That your account has been deactivated and you can no longer access Appical
💡 Your Admin will follow the steps in How to reactivate a deactivated user account and may also send you a password reset email so you can log back in.
