Sentence: How to control which courses can access a specific image or video in the Asset Library.
Overview
You can control which courses have access to an individual asset using its Permissions section. By default, assets can be used in all courses, but you can restrict access to specific courses when needed.
Example: For instance, an organisation with multiple locations could restrict a location-specific image so it only appears for courses belonging to that location.
📌 Important:
This is particularly useful for organisations with multiple locations, teams, or course offerings, as it helps editors quickly find the right images for each course.
