Overview
How to facilitate the process of creating FAQs for your courses in AppicalNow by bulk uploading questions and answers. Instead of adding each FAQ item manually, the import feature allows you to upload multiple questions and answers at once using a pre-formatted CSV or Excel file. This process is particularly helpful for creating comprehensive FAQs for onboarding, training, or knowledge-sharing courses.
Example:
If you're setting up an FAQ for a training course, you can upload questions like "How do I access the training materials?" and answers such as "Materials are available under the Resources section in your course dashboard." in a single step.
Steps to bulk upload questions and answers

Go to the 'Courses' section in the left-hand menu.
Click 'Editor' at the bottom left corner of the course where you want to add or update an FAQ.
